Labor anticorruption. In order to prevent corrupt practices by employees, employers were asked to restructure all business processes, introduce special sanctions and extend incentives. Such recommendations were prepared by the Russian Ministry of Labour and Social Protection. But all these measures do not guarantee the protection of businesses from multimillion-dollar fines for the transgressions committed by their subordinates.
