The Russian Ministry of Health and the Russian Ministry of Labour have made long-awaited amendments to the List of Harmful and/or Hazardous Occupational Factors, in the presence of which compulsory medical examinations (surveys) are conducted. The relevant order of the Russian Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and the Ministry of Health was issued. The changes concerned item 3.2.2.4, which establishes the electromagnetic field of the broadband spectrum as a harmful factor: the reference to computer work was removed from the norm.
