The old manor house of Meshchersky-Buturlin (XVIII - XIX centuries), built by the famous architect Kazakov M.F., with modern interior in the style of classicism in modern times is not only an object of cultural heritage, but also the “House of Science” of the Moscow State Law Academy. O.E. Kutafina, where on December 7 passed a criminal law workshop “Criminal trends: search for qualifications”.
It was in this solemn atmosphere that scholars, lawyers and other lawyers practicing in the field of criminal law, discussed practical issues arising in human rights and law enforcement in connection with the qualification of certain types of crimes.
