"Making money on legal services is extremely difficult."

The threshold for entering the legal services market is constantly decreasing. Law offices are being opened even by law students. Managing partner of Alliance Legal CG Yevgeny Karnoukhov shared with RBG an opinion on what contributes to a successful start in this business.

"We should start with the fact that in our country legal business as such does not exist, it simply does not exist. There is jurisprudence, but it is business that is in its infancy. The legal market of Russia for the most part consists of artisans, their associations, smaller and larger. Few law firms function as full-fledged business units.
