Alliance Legal CG is the official partner of the Scientific Educational Center (REC), which is a structural subdivision of the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafina (MSLA) ".
The center operates with the support of leading lawyers that provide protection in criminal cases and are interested in the development of criminal law science.
The main objectives for which the creation and activities of the Center are directed are:
• scientific advisory support of activities in criminal proceedings;
• applied implementation of the results of criminal law research into the activities of business entities in order to minimize its criminal law risks;
• use of the achievements of criminal law in the implementation of effective protection in various categories of criminal cases.
The head of the Center is Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Law, Professor Alexey Ivanovich Rarog, and the staff consists of professors, doctors of law: Ivan Anatolyevich Klepitsky, Samvel Mamadovich Kochoi and Tatyana G. Ponyatovskaya.
The Center carries out research, educational, expert advisory and research and promotional activities in the field of criminal law, as well as on other issues arising during criminal proceedings.
In addition to the preparation of scientific advisory opinions, the Center conducts various scientific and educational activities aimed at integrating science and practice in the field of criminal law.
