September 28, 2018 Valery Chernikov - Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation, Leading Expert of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Alliance Legal CG and Dmitry Fesko, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Alliance Legal CG, participated in the XX International Scientific and Practical Forum “ Yurtekhnetika ”, conducted on the basis of the Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Nizhny Novgorod Research and Applied Center“ Legal Engineering ”.
Valery Chernikov, as the Deputy Chairman of the Expert Council of the International Scientific and Practical Forum "Yurtekhnetika", made one of the keynotes on the topic "Risks of police legislation".
The theme of Dmitriy Fesko's report is “Risks in lawmaking, law enforcement, legal science: a technique for the formation and functioning of a management system”.
The International Forum gathered a large number of participants, including Russian legal scholars specializing in various branches of jurisprudence.
The forum was attended by 256 researchers, including 76 doctors of science and 180 candidates of science representing Moscow and St. Petersburg universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; Omsk and Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; Barnaul, Kazan, Ural, Ufa and East Siberian institutes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafina; Tambov State University named after G.R. Derzhavina; Belgorod, Kuban, Tver and St. Petersburg universities; State University MGIMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia; Perm Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, other major educational organizations of higher education in Russia, as well as representatives of the Republics of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.
The discussion included both issues of the general theoretical concept of risk in law, legal risks of transition to a digital society and a digital economy in the conditions of modern Russia, and industry-specific features of risk identification and prevention in the legal space of Russia and foreign countries.
