The Ministry of Economic Development, in fulfillment of the list of instructions of the President of the Russian Federation and the implementation of the “regulatory guillotine” mechanism, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, has developed a draft law “On Mandatory Requirements”. The document has already been sent to experts and business representatives. Currently, public discussions of the text of the project and anti-corruption expertise are being held.
