In Lyubertsy City Court the consideration of the case of the ex-auditor Konstantin Ponomarev and his lawyer Maxim Zagorsky on charges of committing four episodes of the organization of a deliberately false denunciation (Article 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) was completed. 

According to the investigation, the auditor received advantageous for him prejudicial decisions on insult cases in order to avoid criminal and civil liability for his judicial frauds. The court announced the sentencing of July 9, and Pravo.ru recalls the main facts and arguments of the parties to the trial.
