Elena Tersintseva is the Head of the Department of Legal Practice in the Urals Region. Elena is the head of corporate and labor law practice, as well as curator of the practice of dispute resolution within the framework of the headed structural unit. She has the status of a lawyer.
Elena advises and represents the interests of clients on matters in the sphere of corporate, obligatory and proprietary rights. Having fundamental knowledge of various branches of legislation and the high level of legal expertise, Elena is a recognized expert in family law, successfully representing the interests of clients in the settlement of property and other conflicts between spouses, as well as in litigation over cases of residence and the procedure for communicating with children, on recovery of alimony.

Experience
Prior to joining Alliance Legal CG, Elena headed the legal department of a specialized registrar for the maintenance of registers of nominal securities owners, and then acquired the unique experience in dispute resolution as the private lawyer in the bar association.
