Nickolay is the head of the Advocate Bureau of Alliance Legal CG and the criminal-legal practice of the company, carries out general management of the Department of Economic Security.

Nickolay has the status of a lawyer. He advises and represents the interests of clients in cases of criminal law protection of business and dispute resolution, and oversees the implementation of particularly important and complex projects of law firms

Nickolay served in the internal affairs agencies in the fight against organized crime, and then engaged in private law practice: he successfully advised and represented the interests of private and corporate clients both in Russia and abroad. He was noted by the Gratitude of the Consul General of the Russian Federation in Dubai and the Northern Emirates for providing highly qualified legal assistance to citizens of the Russian Federation in the protection of their rights and interests in the UAE.
